Meet Chef Marlon Finkel
Born and raised in France, this young chef starts his cooking training at Ferrandi Paris, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world.
He trained with some of the best French chefs, with Eric Pras at Lameloise (3 Michelin stars) or Jean Louis Nomicos (One Michelin star) and Anthony Hamon at Cezembre (Chef of the Future award 2017).
Arrived in Bora Bora in March 2022, Chef Marlon has cooked for UHNWI.

Submit a reservation request via our Site, Facebook or Instagram.
In order to personalize your experience, we will contact you by telephone to discuss your dietary preferences.
This allows us to create a menu tailored to your specific tastes and needs.

After collecting your preferences, we prepare a detailed quote including the menus we offer you. This will give you a clear view of the options available.

To confirm your reservation, we will scout the premises to familiarize ourselves with the kitchen in which we will be working. Customers will be asked to pay a 50% deposit. This guarantees your place and helps with event planning.
